How to submit photos: 1. Login to the NW lichenologists site (can't post unless you are logged in). 2. Photos tab | Photo gallery. 3. Click "Upload" button at the top. 4. Note the photo numbers that are assigned (note: Wild Apricot changed this and removed the numbers. So now you need to refer to them by the number in the URL. You can copy that from the web address at the top of your screen). 5. In the Forum section click on "Create Topic". Write a question that references the photos.

  • O. upsuliensis on moss on basalt. More often I see it on Selaginella. Horsethief Lk St Pk, WA. (near the Columbia River.) (Overgrowing lichens only a little it seems>) Best view original size.

  • Relatively large bunch of Selaginella with lots of O. upsaliensis. Washington Park, Fidalgo Island, WA (near salt water)
  • Yakima Canyon, WW. The rocky slopes below the cliffs seem like typical habitat, similar to that on Fidalgo Island (serpentinite) and Mt Townsend (also basalt).
