I was asked to share site on 3D modeling of lichens with you. If you expand to full screen these are impressive!

In the last three years we have worked on 3D modelling of small biological samples using photogrammetric methods that we have developed for these purposes. Initially we started with insects, in last year we extended our portfolio to lichens. Once the 3D model is opened (it can take a few seconds) you can manipulate with object and zoom it by mouse. The final goal of our effort is to create the database of 3D models of small biological objects which would be available to public. Becouse we are not able to cover all biological fields we are looking for collaboration with other experts who could help us especially with providing material for 3D medelling. On contrary, they can use all database for free for they purposes. Could you please kindly help us with contact to lichenologist(s) from your organization whose could be interesting in such cooperation.
