OMG I have pin lichens growing on my pear tree!!!! Allocalicium adaequatum , growing on a fairly young twig. Makes pruning very exciting!

Cute! So exciting! Don't let me near them, the first pin I saw I crushed with my big, stupid, clumsy finger ;P
