    Hi crustose people,

I found the lichen in the photo gallery called #1102  in the east Cascades on rock, around 4500 feet elevation. The thallus is almost not apparent. Spores range in size from 12.8x8 to 18x7.68 microns, 8 per ascus and football shaped. Spot tests are K- KC- C- P- I+B and Pol+.

I have not been able to figure out the genus of this. Any thoughts?

    Thanks all.

This is probably a Porpidia species.
