Hi all you crustose lovers out there. Can anyone tell me the genus of the crustose lichen in the photo gallery? It is growing on dead moss over soil and rock. It is from just west of the Cascade summit in Southern Oregon. Under the LM, it is K+Y, KC is questionable, C+R and P-. Under the dissecting microscope spot tests are K-, KC-R, C+R and P-. The little balls of thallus are .4mm and under.

I would guess that this is a Trapeliopsis, probably one of the many forms of T. granulosa.
