Help! Connecting Canon DSLR to Olympus trinocular microscope

Hi! I have spent many hours online trying to figure out what adapter I need to connect my canon DSLR (EOS or EF lens mount) to my new (used) SZ60 olympus microscope. This trinocular microscope already has a C-mount adapter on it (SZ-CTV). If anyone has advice on what kind of adapter I need to connect my canon to this mount, please let me know! Links or adapter style numbers would be very helpful! I feel completely lost. Thank you!

Congrats on the nice scope! That is similar to mine. I have an Optem brand adapter that connects the Olympus C mount to the threads on the camera lens (Nikon in my case). The Optem adapter does have glass in it, so something like this for your Canon is not going to be cheap. Sorry, but I can't provide a specific link. I see that B&H Photo sells lots of C-mount to camera adapters, but I have no idea what would work in your case. You might want to contact them and see what they say. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/
