At the NWL Board meeting yesterday we discussed the changing landscape of  social media. We are looking into Bluesky as an alternative platform that appears to have lots of advantages over Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter). I signed up for a Bluesky account to see how it works. The lichen community is still small there, but I assume it will grow exponentially like the platform. It seems likely that as an organization we will sponsor an account in the future -- others are looking into that.
